Gloria
Hander Lyons began her writing career in 1983, writing craft project articles featured in magazines,
such as Better Homes and Gardens,
McCall’s, Country Handcrafts and Crafts,
with more than 125 articles published.
In
2006, with the advent of print on demand publishing, she began writing cookbooks
and creative how-to books. Her titles
cover a wide range of topics, including interior decorating, cooking, party planning,
crafting, and self-publishing, plus humorous short story collections.
She
has had numerous essays published by Chicken
Soup for the Soul and other anthologies. Always an avid reader, especially
of cozy murder mysteries, she couldn’t resist writing a mystery of her very
own, and recently published two: Murder with a
Touch of Spice and Curl Up & Die: A 1950s Vintage Murder Mystery.
